Bible Verse: Exodus
15:2
The LORD is my strength and my song; he has become
my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him,
my father's God, and I will exalt him.
There is no God...?
Before you label me as blasphemous or a heretic,
consider the question. Many people who have been
continually abused and deprived of human compassion
may think it true. Victims of crimes and natural
disasters may believe that if there is a God, He
has forsaken them. And, additionally, there are
still so many that have never been introduced to
the God we serve. Yet, out of these groups, there
are many that believe.
However,
those of us who know our Saviour and are well acquainted
with His work on our behalf and His Word are the
people who walk around depressed and broken. Our
faith is so easily shattered when obstacles arise,
and we forget that it was the Lord who brought us
this far.
Yes,
there is a God in the heavens and He is right here
with you now. He cares about your many problems
and the things you’re struggling with. It
is true that there are many who may not know Him
or have experienced Him the way you have. So stop
behaving like there is no God – like you have
no one to depend on but yourself, that you have
no hope, or that things will never improve. He has
helped you many times and He will be there when
you call on Him again, just like He always has been.
There is a God and He loves you. Only trust and
believe.
